The report found that nearly half of IT leaders face corporate pushback on cybersecurity hiring and that 56% of breaches are tied to talent shortages. Organizations are balancing hiring challenges with upskilling investments amid growing demand for senior and AI-skilled professionals. Fortinet Training Institute programs aim to address the skills gap through one of the largest and broadest training programs in the industry.
