ServiceNow appointed Michael Park as senior vice president of global partnerships and channels at its Knowledge 2026 conference in Las Vegas on May 20, 2026. Park previously led AI go-to-market strategy and was selected by CEO Bill McDermott and the management team. The company introduced a Go Live AI guarantee with a 100-day production commitment where ServiceNow primes delivery and partners sub-prime initially before syndication. New partner competencies focus on AI Control Tower administration, Action Fabric and MCP integration, and outcome-driven services. ServiceNow plans to embed AI certification native to every product tier and compress traditional implementation services over the next two years while leveraging acquisitions like Veza and Armis for security partners.
