Dynatrace Reports Q4 FY2026 Results with $2.054 Billion ARR and Two Acquisitions

Dynatrace reported fourth quarter and full year fiscal 2026 financial results on May 13, 2026. Total ARR reached $2,054 million, an increase of 18% year-over-year or 16% on a constant currency basis, marking the fourth consecutive quarter of 16% constant currency ARR growth. The company completed acquisitions of DevCycle, a feature management platform on the OpenFeature standard for progressive delivery of AI-native applications, and Bindplane, an open-standards-based telemetry pipeline company. Rick McConnell, CEO of Dynatrace, stated the company delivered a strong finish to FY26 surpassing $2 billion in ARR. Dynatrace repurchased $224 million of its stock in the fourth quarter under its share buyback program.
