Uber and Block Expand Global Partnership to Transform Restaurant Operations and Launch Cash App Pay

Block, Inc. announced a comprehensive global partnership with Uber Technologies, Inc. on April 22, 2026. The deal expands Square's native integration to Uber Eats in international markets and introduces Cash App Pay to Uber and Uber Eats in the U.S. Block processes payments for both sides of restaurant transactions through Square and Cash App. Block previously partnered with Grubhub to scale restaurant operations.
