Hiver appointed Gaurav Singh Bhadoria as Chief Product Officer on February 23, 2026. Gaurav Singh Bhadoria previously built large-scale SaaS platforms at Salesforce. Hiver expanded its leadership team to accelerate AI-led innovation and enterprise expansion. Niraj Ranjan Rout, Founder and CEO of Hiver, stated that Gaurav’s experience will be critical as Hiver evolves into a leading AI-native customer service platform. Hiver has raised $33.2M total funding including a $21.5M Series B in January 2022.
