Universitas Terbuka Deploys Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI Service for Digital Learning Platform

Universitas Terbuka adopted Microsoft Azure services including Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Foundry, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Cosmos, Azure Database for PostgreSQL and Microsoft Sentinel on May 15, 2026. The Indonesian university built an AI Tutor powered by Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Foundry to support its learning management system modernization. The cloud infrastructure delivers stable, scalable digital learning with uninterrupted academic processes. Universitas Terbuka serves students across Indonesia with the new platform.
