SharonAI formed partnerships with VAST Data, Cisco, World Wide Technology, and Lenovo Infrastructure for AI infrastructure deployments with NEXTDC. The company expanded data center capacity projections from 55 megawatts to 100 megawatts for deployments in 2026 and early 2027. SharonAI completed a Nasdaq IPO in February 2026 raising $125 million and announced a $350 million convertible note. SharonAI sold 50% stake in Texas Critical Data Centers joint venture for approximately $74 million during the quarter.
