Oppenheimer analyst Ittai Kidron raised Palo Alto Networks price target to $275 from $245 on May 15, 2026. Palo Alto Networks rebranded its CyberArk acquisition as Idira and integrated the identity security platform with Strata, Cortex, and Prisma AIRS for humans, machines, and AI agents. The company introduced Secure AI Agents solution replacing secrets-based controls with identity-driven frameworks. Customer survey of 22 participants showed 18 percent planning over 20 percent spending increase and 59 percent expecting 5 to 20 percent growth with no churn signals. Ittai Kidron attended CyberArk Impact 2026 conference where Idira plans were detailed.
