Home Depot Subsidiary SRS Distribution Acquires HVAC Distributor Mingledorff’s

The Home Depot subsidiary SRS Distribution entered an agreement to acquire wholesale HVAC distributor Mingledorff’s in March 2026. The deal, for an undisclosed amount, is expected to close in Q2 2026 with Mingledorff’s senior leadership team remaining in place under SRS. This follows The Home Depot’s 2024 acquisition of SRS Distribution and its subsequent purchase of GMS Inc. SRS Distribution plans to expand at a pace of 40 to 50 new branches per year.
