SeekOut named Sean Thompson CEO effective May 4 2026. Co-founder Anoop Gupta transitioned to Executive Chairman while Aravind Bala continues as CTO. Thompson brings enterprise software leadership experience from the Greater Seattle Area. Anoop Gupta had led SeekOut since its 2017 founding. Sean Thompson assumes the CEO role at SeekOut on May 4 2026.
