HubSpot co-founder and CTO Dharmesh Shah bought 10,000 shares of HubSpot for $1.8 million at a weighted average price of $181.37 on May 12, 2026. CEO Yamini Rangan purchased 2,750 shares at $189.84 and board chair Lorrie Norrington also bought shares on the same day. The purchases followed HubSpot's Q1 2026 earnings report showing 23% revenue growth to $881 million and 10,800 net new customers added to reach nearly 300,000 total customers. Shah stated he remains a big believer in the company's long-term vision and does not think completely humanless AI is a good idea.
