Faros AI analyzed telemetry from 10,000+ developers across 1,200+ teams on AI code assistant impact. The study reported rising operational risk with more code reaching production without review and production incidents becoming more frequent. Faros AI data across 22,000 developers showed main branch success rates at 70.8 percent, the lowest in five years.
