ACI Worldwide appointed JP Krishnamoorthy as Chief Innovation and Technology Officer on January 13, 2026. Krishnamoorthy joined ACI in December 2025 and assumed full technology leadership responsibilities previously held by CTO Abe Kuruvilla, whose employment ended January 15, 2026. The consolidation places Krishnamoorthy in charge of Global Technology & Innovation as ACI accelerates smarter payments orchestration and embedded AI capabilities. Krishnamoorthy oversees technology for clients processing trillions in annual transaction volume.
