Megaport Completes Acquisition of Latitude.sh for Up to US$300 Million

Megaport Limited announced the acquisition of Latitude.sh on November 11, 2025. The deal creates a combined Compute and Network-as-a-Service platform for high-performance CPU and GPU infrastructure. Megaport issued approximately 7.8 million shares and paid US$70 million cash upfront. The transaction closed on November 27, 2025. Latitude.sh continues to deliver physical servers globally in seconds via API and dashboard.
