Salesloft Adds Agent Task Metrics and AI Email Assistant in May 2026 Release

Salesloft released new features including Agent Task metrics and AI Email Assistant on May 12, 2026. Agent Task Completed data appears in the Account Report's Prospecting Results Analytics and multiple Agent Task fields in the Process Report's Team Productivity Analytics. The AI Email Assistant integrates an AI-powered drafting tool into the email compose window for all users with Generative AI enabled. Salesloft also added Custom Key Moments Analytics and Seller Out of Office Automation in the same release.
