Sigma announced the closing of an $80 million Series E financing round on May 18, 2026 at a $3 billion valuation. The round was led by Princeville Capital with participation from new investors Databricks Ventures, ServiceNow Ventures, and Workday Ventures. ServiceNow Ventures VP Victor Chang stated that Sigma has built proven enterprise traction in the shift from static reports to analytics that drive decisions.
