Hillier Nurseries and Garden Centres signed as founding retail partner of Spacelift on May 13, 2026. Spacelift integrates Hillier’s plant range into its AI design and recommendation system for scaled layouts and planting plans. Co-founders Matt Keightley and Maeve McDonald launched the subscription-based platform with public debut at RHS Chelsea Flower Show in May 2026. Three show gardens include Calm in the Cotswolds, Urban Chic and Woodland Escape. Alexandra Davison, head of PR and partnerships at Spacelift, stated the platform expands the market for homeowners priced out of professional design.
