Workato announced Otto by Workato on May 6, 2026. Otto is an enterprise-ready autonomous AI agent that executes work across systems, coordinates teams, and completes complex business processes with built-in governance. Otto operates continuously in the cloud, uses Workato Enterprise MCP to connect to thousands of systems without new integrations, and embeds in Slack and Microsoft Teams for collaboration. Over 1,000 users tested Otto in the past two months, with examples including handling 500 support tickets and managing a $400K account. Adam Seligman, Chief Technology Officer at Workato, stated that Otto gives a goal and gets it done with enterprise control and security.
