JuiceMe Acquires Ajiraworks in Push to Build Pan-African Employment Infrastructure

JuiceMe acquired Ajiraworks to accelerate its Employer of Record expansion across Africa. The acquisition brings Ajiraworks compliance frameworks and partnerships in the UK and Kenya into JuiceMe's platform. Catherine Ochako, founder of Ajiraworks, was named Global Director, Employer of Record, and joins the board. Lawrence Diamond and Sandile Dlamini of JuiceMe stated the move integrates proven operational assets to support compliant hiring and payments in multiple African markets.
