Nebius welcomed the core engineering and research team from Clarifai on May 12 2026. Clarifai founder and CEO Matthew Zeiler joins Nebius as SVP Research. Nebius acquires Clarifai patent portfolio and receives non-exclusive perpetual license to Clarifai inference and compute orchestration technology. Nebius recently announced acquisition of Eigen AI.
