n8n Valuation Doubles to $5.2 Billion with SAP Strategic Investment and Joule Studio Partnership

SAP announced a strategic investment in n8n on May 12, 2026, at the Sapphire event in Orlando, Florida. The investment values n8n at $5.2 billion, more than double the $2.5 billion valuation from less than a year prior. The companies agreed to embed n8n into Joule Studio for visual AI workflow orchestration with over 1,000 integrations. Christian Klein, CEO of SAP SE, noted the integration accelerates SAP’s ability to scale agentic AI across core business processes. SAP now holds just under 1.3 percent stake in n8n with the total commitment exceeding 60 million euros.
