PrognoCIS, the ambulatory EHR platform by Bizmatics, announced the launch of PrognoPay on May 19, 2026, a payment solution embedded within PrognoCIS and powered by Global Payments. PrognoPay integrates payment processing directly into clinical and administrative workflows without third-party systems or standalone terminals, enabling auto-posting of payments that reduces errors and saves up to 8 hours per week in staff time on manual reconciliation. Patient features include text-to-pay, email payment requests, pay-by-link, recurring payments, and digital wallets that improve collection rates and shorten payment cycles.
