HireVue acquired the technology behind Hireguide on March 10, 2026. The Hireguide team joined HireVue’s product organization to deliver conversational agents. The acquisition closed March 3, 2026 with undisclosed terms. HireVue also launched an AI assessment builder last month to analyze job descriptions. Hireguide is a cloud-based platform founded in 2021 in Santa Monica.
