DigitalOcean Raises 2026 Revenue Growth Outlook to 26% and 2027 to Over 50% After Q1 Results

DigitalOcean Holdings Inc. reported Q1 2026 revenue of $258 million representing 22% year-over-year growth and raised full-year 2026 revenue growth guidance to 26% along with 2027 outlook exceeding 50%. The company secured $888 million net proceeds from a follow-on offering of 11.9 million shares and committed 60 megawatts of incremental data center capacity bringing total committed capacity to 135 megawatts. CEO Paddy Srinivasan stated that the revised 2026 growth derives entirely from previously committed capacity with new capacity ramping in 2027. DigitalOcean achieved AI customer ARR of $170 million up 221% year-over-year and $1 million-plus customer ARR of $183 million up 179% year-over-year.
