Zed now supports ChatGPT subscription access in its agent as part of the ecosystem plugging into Codex. The integration preserves the same subscription and rate-limit model used for Codex. Ollama added Codex app support with local and open-model paths on the same timeline. Third-party extensions like MagicPath appeared as a native canvas inside Codex. Community meetups occurred in London, Portugal, and Paris planning sessions.
