Render Networks raised A$20M in growth funding from existing shareholders advised by Black Kite Partners on April 22, 2026. The round accompanied the acquisition of mPower Innovations to expand from telecom into electric utilities. mPower founder Greg Calcari and CEO Jason Brown joined Render in senior leadership roles. Render integrates its platform with Esri ArcGIS and targets $1.4T grid capex.
