Sift names co-founder CEO and opens San Francisco office

Sift named co-founder Karthik Gollapudi as CEO and opened a San Francisco office on May 13, 2026. Quynton Johnson joined Sift as director of product marketing after leaving Grafana Labs. Bill Raj-Derouin, a founding engineer from Palantir and SpaceX, relocated to anchor the new San Francisco engineering team. Sift expanded its 80-person workforce with hires from Meta, Anduril, Applied Intuition, Grafana Labs, SpaceX and Palantir.
