Joveo Launches AI Scheduling to Automate Interview Coordination

Joveo launched AI Scheduling on May 5, 2026, an AI-powered solution that automates interview coordination for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers. The product uses real-time calendar data and workflow triggers to eliminate back-and-forth emails, with all activity synced to the ATS as the single system of record. It enables 24/7 self-scheduling via web, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or chatbot, and provides real-time metrics on time-to-schedule and bottlenecks. Joveo CEO Kshitij (KJ) Jain stated the tool helps recruiters reclaim time and accelerate hiring cycles. The launch follows Joveo’s March 17, 2026 introduction of AI Interviewer and the “Ask Joveo” AI Agent.
