Foresight Group Exits FIS Chemicals Delivering 4.2x Return

Foresight Group announced the exit from FIS Chemicals on May 14, 2026. The firm achieved a 4.2x return and 33% IRR on its 2020 investment. FIS Chemicals joined Shrieve Chemical Company, a US-based value-added distributor of speciality and commodity chemicals. The transaction followed Foresight's 2020 investment in the industrial chemicals business. No connection exists to Fidelity National Information Services fintech operations.
