PagerDuty Appoints John DiLullo as New CEO

PagerDuty announced on May 11 2026 that it appointed veteran enterprise software and cybersecurity executive John DiLullo as chief executive officer and board member. Longtime CEO Jennifer Tejada who led since 2016 and oversaw growth from under 50 million dollars to nearly 500 million dollars in revenue transitioned to executive chair. Tejada will later move to a non-employee board role under a structured transition agreement. The company now serves more than 35,000 customers including over half the Fortune 500. DiLullo previously held CEO positions at Deepwatch LiveVox and Lastline.
