Nium to Acquire Wirecard Forex India for Undisclosed Sum

Singapore fintech Nium agreed to acquire Wirecard Forex India for an undisclosed sum three days ago. The deal expands Nium's India operations and incorporates all 190 Wirecard Forex employees upon closing in Q3 2021. Nium had previously acquired Ixaris in June 2021 as its second acquisition in two months. Wirecard Forex India previously operated as part of the Wirecard group.
