UiPath announced on April 27, 2026 a validated technology partnership with Databricks to connect enterprise data into agentic automation. The integration enables UiPath Maestro to orchestrate AI agents, robots, and processes with real-time data access, governance, and compliance. Additional enhancements to agentic capabilities are planned for 2026. UiPath is a NYSE-listed company with headquarters in New York.
