Lambda closed a $1 billion senior secured credit facility in early May 2026 to fund gigawatt-scale AI infrastructure demand. The upsized financing builds directly on an August 2025 credit facility and supports continued expansion of Lambda's AI factory footprint across data centers. The move follows Lambda's $1.5 billion-plus Series E raise in November 2025 and six NVIDIA awards. Lambda serves tens of thousands of customers from researchers to hyperscalers with supercomputers for AI training and inference. The facility positions the company to meet surging enterprise and frontier lab compute needs.
