TNR Gold Updates NSR Royalty on McEwen Copper Los Azules Project

TNR Gold Corp. announced on May 19, 2026 an update on its 0.4% NSR royalty on McEwen Copper's Los Azules project following the Societe Generale appointment. The royalty is projected to generate pre-tax $520.5 million at recent Cu price of $5.80 per pound and $389.5 million at feasibility study base-case copper price of $4.35 per pound over the 22-year mine life. Los Azules Feasibility Study confirms initial 5-year average production of 205 ktpa copper cathodes at $1.71 per pound C1 cash cost. TNR Gold Corp. holds the royalty of which 0.04% is on behalf of a shareholder.
