Amazon Forecast is no longer available to new customers as of May 2026 with existing customers able to continue using the service. Amazon Forecast supports retail demand planning by predicting product demand to vary inventory and pricing at different store locations. Customers pay only for forecasts generated, data storage, and training hours with no minimum fees. Existing Amazon Forecast users can transition usage to Amazon SageMaker Canvas.
