dLocal Closes AZA Transaction in Q1 2026 Adding Africa Assets

dLocal CEO Pedro Arnt confirmed the AZA transaction closed during Q1 2026 as an asset purchase after legal and regulatory hurdles. The deal added customer relationships, intellectual property, licenses and talent to support dLocal’s position in Africa. The transaction was not material to reported Q1 2026 results and is not expected to create near-term revenue impact. Pedro Arnt stated Africa and Asia remain growth priorities alongside Latin America.
