SAP invested in n8n on May 12, 2026, elevating the Berlin-based workflow automation provider's valuation to $5.2 billion. The stake acquisition includes over 60 million euros in commitments, comprising secondary deals with existing investors and a license for integrating n8n's technology into SAP products. n8n previously achieved a $2.5 billion valuation during its October 2025 funding round. SAP now owns just under 1.3 percent of n8n following the transaction. The deal positions n8n as Germany's most valuable AI company as of May 12, 2026.
