SAP invested in n8n on May 12, 2026, elevating the Berlin-based workflow automation provider's valuation to $5.2 billion. The stake acquisition includes over 60 million euros in commitments, comprising secondary deals with existing investors and a license for integrating n8n's technology into SAP products. n8n previously achieved a $2.5 billion valuation during its October 2025 funding round.
