Blackbaud announced the Development Agent, the first of its Agents for Good autonomous AI agents, now available to U.S. Raiser's Edge NXT customers. The tool expands fundraising team capacity to engage one-on-one with thousands of donors via email and text messages. Blackbaud introduced the feature earlier in 2026 as part of its AI-powered solutions for social impact organizations.
