Greenhouse Launches MCP for Governed AI Tool Connections

Greenhouse announced the launch of the Greenhouse MCP (Model Context Protocol) on May 7, 2026, giving hiring teams a governed way to connect AI tools directly to Greenhouse. The capability was developed with customer input from companies including StubHub and Komodo Health. Rollout begins in June 2026. This builds on Greenhouse's prior G2 Spring 2026 rankings as the top ATS in 57 reports across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and EMEA categories.
