Toast Launches Toast IQ Grow AI Marketing Agent and Updates Consumer App

Toast debuted Toast IQ Grow featuring its first AI agent called Marketing Agent 2 that builds audiences and automates campaigns across channels. The reimagined Toast Local consumer app now includes reservation availability at more than 20,000 locations through Resy and Toast Tables along with loyalty programs and offers. More than 20 product updates shipped across marketing, payroll, inventory, and operations in the Spring release. CEO Aman Narang noted that Toast IQ Grow advances the shift to an agentic platform that performs work for customers. The updates build on prior Toast IQ conversational AI features for personalized recommendations and plain-language queries.
