Grayscale filed a second amended S-1 registration statement for a spot BNB ETF on May 16, 2026, and VanEck submitted a fifth amendment. BNB has a $87.4 billion market capitalization. The amendments advance the SEC review process for the fourth-largest cryptocurrency, which is not yet in the U.S. spot altcoin ETF lineup that includes Solana, Litecoin, XRP, and Hyperliquid.
