Docker Hardened Images Reach 500k Daily Pulls One Year After Launch

Docker, Inc. reported over 500k daily pulls of Docker Hardened Images earlier this month in April 2026. The catalog now includes 2,000+ hardened images, MCP servers, Helm charts, and ELS images with over 25k continuously patched OS level artifacts in the SLSA Build Level 3 pipeline. Docker made the hardened images free and open source with multi-distro support. Docker, Inc. published the update on April 14, 2026.
