NanoClaw completed a $12 million seed round on May 20, 2026 led by Valley Capital Partners with participation from Vercel, Docker, monday.com, Factorial Capital and Hugging Face CEO Clem Delangue. The company rejected a $20 million acquisition offer to pursue independent development at a $62 million valuation. Founders Gavriel Cohen and team built NanoClaw as a secure open-source AI agent platform after discovering vulnerabilities in OpenClaw.
