OpenRouter Raises $120m at $1.3b Valuation, Doubles Previous Valuation

OpenRouter raised $120 million at a $1.3 billion valuation in April 2026 led by CapitalG. The round more than doubled the prior $500 million valuation from the $40 million Series A in June 2025. OpenRouter has now raised a total of $160 million and provides a single API to 300+ models. OpenRouter previously raised $40 million at a $500 million valuation in June 2025.
