Spectral Medical published the complete Tigris trial results manuscript in The Lancet Respiratory Medicine on March 23, 2026. The trial enrolled 157 patients and evaluated PMX therapy for sepsis. Results were presented at the Society of Critical Care Medicine Congress in Chicago on March 24, 2026. Spectral Medical received additional funding support from Vantive ahead of PMA filing.
