The Alinea Group Selects Toast to Power Michelin-Starred Restaurants

The Alinea Group announced a strategic partnership with Toast on May 6, 2026, to deploy Toast technology across its Chicago-based portfolio including Alinea, Next, The Aviary, and The Office. Owned by Chef Grant Achatz and CEO Jason Weingarten, the group will use Toast as its preferred platform for point-of-sale, payments, and operations. Kelly Esten, Toast Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise, highlighted the partnership.
