Lemlist acquired Claap, an AI meeting notetaker, for $25 million in October 2025. The acquisition used a mix of cash, vendor loans, and convertible bonds to integrate conversation intelligence into its multichannel outreach platform. Lemlist reached $40M ARR with strong profit margins and 180 employees while remaining bootstrapped. Lemlist added over $10M in net new ARR in 2025 and plans to reach $100M revenue by 2028 under CEO Charles Tenot.
