SAP took a stake of just under 1.3 percent in n8n on May 12, 2026, raising the company’s valuation to $5.2 billion. The total commitment exceeded 60 million euros and included a secondary deal where SAP acquired shares from existing investors plus a license agreement. The announcement occurred at SAP’s Sapphire customer conference in Orlando. n8n’s prior valuation stood at approximately $2.5 billion from its October 2025 funding round.
