GoodTime announced the launch of Cori on May 12, 2026. Cori is a proactive AI agent that automates interview scheduling, candidate screening, bottleneck resolution, and multi-platform coordination across email, SMS, Slack, and Microsoft Teams without user prompts. The agent learns from interactions to adapt to team workflows and priorities while maintaining full visibility and override controls for hiring teams. GoodTime’s 2026 Hiring Insights Report states talent teams spend 38% of their time on coordination tasks.
