Nvidia increased its CoreWeave stake by 94.5% to 47.2 million shares valued at $3.66 billion. Nvidia now owns approximately 11% of CoreWeave following the latest 13F filing. CoreWeave maintains major deals including $21 billion with Meta, $6 billion platform commitment from Jane Street, and multibillion-dollar agreements with Anthropic and Perplexity AI. Nvidia previously invested roughly $2 billion for 24.2 million CoreWeave shares in the fourth quarter of 2025.
